Moover works 24/7

Moover is an advanced and enhanced feeding solution that works fully automated in any barn around the clock. Whether you are elsewhere on the farm or at home resting, the MOOver ensures that every cow regardless of their social hierarchy has access to fresh feed 24/7. This increases the herd’s feed intake and in turn results in greater milk yield.

Moover moves off from the charging station which can conveniently be placed either inside or outside the barn for efficient storage. The robot is kept on the move with the help of a set of transponders installed into the floors of your barn which do not hinder other movements in the barn. The robot’s trajectory/route is programmed by the user with a push of a button. The robot is engineered to manouvre and safely return back to the charging station when instructed to.

Moover works around the clock pushing the feed towards the cows making the feed easily accessible. In order to obtain produce of the highest quality, your cows must be kept healthy. The availability of fresh roughage ensures that young stock develop their rumen right and every cow recieves the right amount of nutrition. Alternatively, it maintains healthy pH levels in cows, which is essential during the dry period. In General, healthier animals have an increased fertility rate, which helps with regularity and keeping things in check.

Route Manager:

Depending on the group of animals needed to be fed, the desired route of the MOOver can vary. The Moover is a smart robot designed to be confugured with multiple schedule settings in the following ways:
– Cattle fed every two days: Every second day schedule
– Cattle fed irregularly: On the go schedule
– Time based feeding: prepone or postpone schedule
– Docking: Regular intervals of docking during feeding
– Start-Stop function
– Reboot/ Moo-again: The route restarts without docking

Melkens Management System (MMS)
The MOOver is operated via the Melkens application which recieves data through the Melkens Management System (MMS). The Melkens application enables the farmer to keep track of the robot remotely and make any sudden changes to the scheduling function. The app is designed to notify the user if any technicality issues occur, if the robot is required to go back to the charging station, or if the robot requires servicing.
